Delamere-Pennine Associates (now known world-wide as the Delamere Group) has been in existence for over 35 years and is now headquartered in the USA being registered with the Department of Commerce, State of Utah, Reg. # 4828741-0151, and also in the State of California. Our ‘modus operandi’ includes various business services to the entrepreneur and small/medium size business community. These services include preparation of business plans, guidance on sources for business loans and finance, tax problems, insurance, employment, market research press releases and general consulting. Recently, owing to increased demand, we have begun to specialize also in offshore investing and immigration/emigration services especially to the United States and Canada. Most of the research done for our site content is undertaken by volunteers and students serving as interns. During the years of operating private colleges in the Cape Town area of South Africa, our firm opened a travel service Boston Travel primarily for students, but later it expanded into handling travel for private and corporate business travelers. One of our primary facilities today, is to act as representative office in the United States of America for manufacturers and companies based in the sub Saharan region of Africa, especially Eastern and Southern Africa. We promote and act as an agency in the initiative passed by the United States Senate related to the "African Growth and Opportunity Act (2000)" that creates preferential trade opportunities for qualified African countries. We also operate and promote the online Africa Trade Center.

Our Global Trade Page has been specially sponsored and promoted to facilitate this initiative. In recent years we have expanded into e-commerce and our marketing consultants specialize in Internet Marketing and ‘doing business on the Web’.

We also include development and design of web sites. Plus we promote sales and support of computer equipment and peripherals, office equipment and supplies. Additional divisions of our firm handle promotion of educational services, especially online learning, plus business travel arrangements, marketing of specialized software for mechanical engineering, mining, scientific, chemical engineering, construction services and industries. Plus we research and promote various construction services and equipment, including security and spying equipment, plus real estate buying, selling and investing.
